Set up for Video Call

We use video conferencing to bring us closer to our customers. It’s the 21st Century! Just because we may be thousands of miles apart doesn’t mean we need to be strangers.

The video conference platform we use is called 8×8. It’s similar to Zoom, but it’s more user-friendly (you don’t need to download anything on your computer) and it’s more secure.

If this is your first time doing a video call using the 8×8 platform, you’ll need to grant permissions to allow 8×8 to access your microphone and video via both your web browser and the 8×8 website.

This is done in your browser settings, so we’ve put together some useful instructions with screenshots to help you get set up.

If you’re experiencing any issues with 8×8, please be sure to scroll to the bottom of this page for some easy steps to troubleshoot as well.
